Hi, I’m Matthew Farrugia, a passionate fitness instructor dedicated to helping men take control of their fitness journeys. With a background in gym-based training and a deep understanding of anatomy, physiology, and effective exercise techniques, I’ve built Muscle Matthew to guide beginners towards achieving real, lasting results. I’m certified through the YMCA Level 2 Certificate in Fitness Instructing, an internationally recognized qualification that has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to design safe, effective workouts tailored to your individual needs. Whether you're looking to build muscle, lose weight, or improve your overall fitness, I’m here to help you every step of the way.
